The Opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Intern who is passionate about video production and organic social media content. This role is ideal for someone creative, hands-on, and interested in creating engaging short-form videos and social posts that grow our brand organically.

You’ll be involved in the full content process — from coming up with content ideas and filming to editing, publishing, and monitoring performance.

What You Will Do

• Create short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Eurostaffs, and Facebook
• Assist with video planning, filming, editing, and post-production
• Develop organic social media posts, including video, graphics, and captions
• Brainstorm creative content ideas based on social media trends and audience interests
• Assist in creating content calendars and scheduling organic posts
• Repurpose existing content into different formats for various social platforms
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles
• Monitor basic organic content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement
• Support other content and marketing activities when needed

What We Are Looking For

• Strong interest in video content creation and social media
• Comfortable with filming and editing short-form videos
• Familiar with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
• Good understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Eurostaffs, and Facebook
• Creative and able to turn ideas into engaging content
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with different content formats
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio or examples of previous video/social media work are a plus
