Marketing \& Content Intern

We are looking for a Marketing \& Content Intern to support our social media, content, influencer partnerships, B2B marketing and online distribution activities.

This is a hands-on internship where you will have the opportunity to work across Instagram, Eurostaffs and TikTok, help create and coordinate content, support influencer collaborations, and assist with launching and maintaining our experiences across OTAs and other distribution platforms.

The role is suited to someone who is proactive, organised, curious about marketing and keen to gain practical experience in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media, Content \& Influencer Partnerships

• Support the planning and execution of the social media content calendar across Instagram, Eurostaffs, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Research content ideas, social media trends and relevant topics.
• Assist with creating and adapting marketing content for social media, email, websites and other customer-facing channels.
• Create and edit simple short-form video content.
• Support influencer and creator outreach, including communication, briefs, timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor social media and content performance and help prepare simple performance reports.

B2B Marketing

• Assist with creating and adapting B2B marketing materials in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
• Support Eurostaffs content and research relevant B2B content ideas and opportunities.

OTA \& Distribution Support

• Support the launch of new experiences across OTAs, ticketing platforms and other distribution channels.
• Assist with creating and updating product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, ticket types and customer information.
• Help ensure information across different platforms is accurate and up to date.
• Support day-to-day coordination with OTA and distribution partners.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable and keen to learn by doing.
You should be organised, detail-oriented and comfortable communicating with different people, including influencers, freelancers, partners and internal team members.

You should enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, be comfortable managing different tasks at the same time and be willing to take initiative rather than waiting for every next step to be assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field.
• Strong written English and an interest in content creation and marketing.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Eurostaffs, TikTok and current social media formats and trends.
• Strong research skills and confidence finding creators, content ideas and potential partnerships online.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable taking initiative, asking questions and adapting to changing priorities.
• Basic Canva, design or video-editing skills are an advantage.
