About the Role
Simex Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female
Marketing Communications Specialist to support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing strategies across multiple business units. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand visibility, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground).
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to create compelling marketing materials for tenders, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage the creation of high-quality content including company profiles, brochures, newsletters, and website updates.
- Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Oversee all aspects of event and exhibition management, including logistics, branding, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions locally and internationally.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to promote services and generate business opportunities.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication channels.
- Manage and grow social media platforms, ensuring engagement and strong brand positioning.
- Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers to deliver campaigns effectively and within budget.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.
- Maintain marketing databases, content libraries, and digital assets.
- Support internal communications and corporate announcements.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company standards and best practices.
Qualifications \& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
- Experience in multi-division or group organizations is preferred.
