Requirement: MarketingCommunications Coordinator

Job Description:

We're looking for a sharp, self-directed MarketingCommunications Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing and content operations. This is a hands-on role – you'll write, design, publish, edit, coordinate, and track. You'll work directly with senior leadership in a lean team, which means real ownership and real visibility from day one.

This role carries responsibility for how we show up in the world. You'll support brand consistency, message clarity, and professional reputation across every channel we touch – and most importantly, how our story and our culture are received by our staff. This role requires creative thinking, practiced organizational skills, and the right personality to build cross-functional relationships within a fast-moving firm that manages complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):

ContentCopywriting

  • Draft, edit, and publish written communications: emails, public statements, online articles, website posts, internal announcements, and social copy
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all written touchpoints
  • Proofread and quality-check all outgoing communications before distribution

DesignVisual Production

  • Create on-brand graphics and marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and AI-assisted platforms.
  • Support production of digital and print materials: social graphics, email headers, one-pagers, briefings, leave-behind materials.
  • Resize and optimize assets across formats and platforms
  • Turn a long-form document or complex topic into a single visual - an infographic, graphic, or image that tells the story at a glance and leaves an impression

Website, Digital ChannelsOnline Presence

  • Manage content calendar and post scheduling across Eurostaffs, and the corporate website
  • Track engagement metrics and flag trends or opportunities to the Senior Director
  • Update and maintain the content of the website to include updated data points and corporate information
  • Monitor job boards and employer review websites.

Marketing and Business Development Operations

  • Support solution-focused content development and execution and coordinate cross-functional inputs
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and content archives
  • Assist with vendor and agency coordination as needed
  • Support production of Business Development Material to include editing and content development for Proposals, White papers, and Pitch Briefs.

Brand VisibilityReputation

  • Own and enforce the brand style guide across all materials (tone, visuals, logo usage, and messaging)
  • Review outgoing communications and assets before they go out; flag and correct anything off-brand
  • Ensure external-facing communication clearly reflects who we are, what we do, and how we're different
  • Support the MARCOM in protecting our key messages, positioning, and company narrative
  • Monitor brand mentions and act as a quality filter
  • Proactively find opportunities to grow brand visibility and maintain a consistent presence across all active channels

Awards, RecognitionIndustry Visibility

  • Research and identify relevant industry awards, "best of" lists, rankings, and recognition programs the firm should be considered for
  • Own the submissions process end-to-end: gathering supporting materials, writing nomination copy, and meeting deadlines
  • Track submission calendars and build a running pipeline of upcoming opportunities across the year
  • Identify speaking opportunities, editorial placements, and thought leadership platforms that align with the firm's positioning
  • Maintain a record of submissions, outcomes, and follow-up actions to build a stronger program year over year

Qualifications/Requirements:

The candidate thinks strategically, acts decisively, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment without needing close supervision or a large team structure around them. The right candidate can shift from writing a corporate announcement to building a solution-based capability graphic in the same afternoon and do both well. Detail-oriented without being slow, and clear on the difference between good enough and actually good. You'll quickly toggle between routine comms editing and thinking critically and creatively on how to present a complex solution to a new partner, both of which require no ego and the confidence to tackle complex tasks.

Forge is on a fast trajectory, and we want someone ready to be part of it. The team is the real differentiator – tight-knit, high-caliber, and genuinely good to work with.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • US Citizen
  • 3–5 years in communications, Government Contracting Business Development, or content creation in a Federal or International Business Role
  • Strong written English
  • Proficiency in content creation platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with social media management (for business) tools (e.g., Eurostaffs)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping balls
  • Able to take complex or technical ideas, ask the right questions, and translate them into clear, compelling copy tailored to each audience
  • You're genuinely curious – about the industry, the firm, and the people we're trying to reach.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership across divisions

Highly Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Government Contracting Proposal Development, and with Acquisition Vehicles
  • Familiarity with AI-assist marketing, design, and editing platforms
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
  • Experience building or maintaining a brand style guide
