This role will focus on expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and supporting customers in achieving global sustainability standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of Textile Exchange related services and sustainable certification solutionsIdentify and develop new business opportunities across Bangladesh's RMG and textile sectorBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, buyers, and industry stakeholdersPromote certifications of Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), Global Recycled Standard (GRS), Recycled Claim Standard (RCS)Provide guidance to clients on compliance and certification processesCollaborate with internal technical, operations, and marketing teamsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, buyer requirements, regulatory developments and customer needsAchieve sales targets and contribute to strategic growth plansRepresent Intertek at industry events, trade fairs, and sustainability forums in Bangladesh and regionallyRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business, or related field5–10 years of experience in textile/garment sales, sourcing, or certification servicesStrong understanding of sustainability standards and supply chain practicesProven track record in business development and client management, preferably in social compliance audit/textile audit industryExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work with local and international clientsWhy Join Intertek?Be part of a globally recognized leader in Total Quality AssuranceWork with top global brands and industry leadersExposure to international standards and sustainability practicesOpportunity to grow in a dynamic and purpose-driven environmentHow to ApplyIf you are passionate about sustainability and ready to drive impact in the textile industry, we encourage you to apply.Intertek is an equal opportunity employer.
