Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE.
Experience
  • 8 to 16 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Spinning, Dyeing Factory
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 45 years

  • Garments Textile, Production Planning and Coordination.

  • Skills Required: Proactive and Positive attitude, Team Leadership.

  • At least 8 years of experience in the same position is required. A background in weaving is preferable, with a total of 10 years’ experience.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Monthly Shipment plan collects from Marketing & Operation Department for all buyer.
  • Prepared daily & monthly Cutting plan as per shipment plan.
  • Prepared daily & monthly Production plan for production floor as per shipment plan.
  • Arrange daily production meeting.
  • Provide Daily line plan to all PM & Supervisor’s
  • Updated daily cutting, sewing & packing report.
  • Provide daily & monthly to Production Head & all PM.
  • Provide daily balance report for shipment to cutting Head, Production Head & all PM.
  • Prepared WIP (work in process) report every week & month & provide cutting, Production.
  • Prepared Monthly Inventory report.
  • Confirm UTG Design production by floor inventory with the recommendation of Marketing concern, Sales & Stock.
  • Prepared daily man working hour report.
  • Prepared Packing production Value Internal & External.
  • Prepared Stitching Historical Data, (Set, meter, value)
  • Analyze full capacity, identify input gaps, and plan similar designs across lines and floors to maximize quality and efficiency.
  • Must have Lean & IE knowledge for smooth planning operation.
  • Optimize utilization of resources (machines, manpower, materials).
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
