dIAM - Information Security
PURPOSE:
Enable adidas’ strategy, innovation, and growth by delivering a seamless and secure digital identity and access experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Operate and enhance IAM services in Entra ID * Drive automation of identity lifecycle (JML, provisioning, governance) * Implement IGA capabilities * Support secure, scalable, standardized IAM solutions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * College or university degree with focus on IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in the relevant technical area. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent English skills (verbal and written). * Specific technical skills (role‑dependent): * Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) – strong hands-on experience * Identity Governance (Provisioning, Access Reviews, PIM) * Automation (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure Automation / Logic Apps) * SSO \& application integration (SCIM, REST APIs) * Authentication protocols: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML * Hybrid Identity (On-Prem AD \& Entra ID)
Log Analytics / Monitoring
DevOps mindset with ownership of the IT process from development/testing to deployment phase.
