You will be part of our ICT Planning Investment Team and provide administrative and management assistance to the Team and other functions within ICT. The role will be varied.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ordering, receipting and following up delivery of goods and services
  • Organising logistics of meetings, forums and functions
  • Taking meeting records and actions and following these up
  • Supporting and organising senior managers calendars
  • Managing day to day supply requirements (e.g. stationary, kitchen)
  • Data entry and File management
  • Assist with providing and collating information requests
  • Supporting the team at busy times e.g. financial month end
  • Facilitating, collating and updating internal communications
  • Managing and facilitating the Team's information content store
  • Other support initiatives and tasks as required

You will have previous experience in administrative and support roles but this is not essential. The role is based in two locations in the Wellington Region and applicants must be willing to work in both as required. You will have a current NZ Driver License and be a NZ Resident.

Utu a-tau \| Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $64,161 and $73,547 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
