Management Accountant
Job Description

At +MORE, we bring together independently owned accounting and advisory firms with a shared purpose: to help our people, clients and communities thrive. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Management Accountant who enjoys turning numbers into insight and helping leaders make better commercial decisions.

This is a hands‑on role with real impact – you’ll play a key part in strengthening financial clarity, supporting growth, and improving how we understand and manage performance across the Group.

About the role

Working closely with our Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of management accounting, reporting, forecasting and analysis across the +MORE Group and its entities. You’ll provide clear, meaningful insights that help our leaders understand what’s happening in the business and what to do next.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper or Assistant Accountant, who enjoys combining solid technical capability with commercial thinking and collaboration.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll:

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P\&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting
  • Deliver clear management reports with commentary on performance, trends, variances and key drivers
  • Produce KPI and budget‑vs‑actual reporting that supports effective decision‑making
  • Support rolling forecasts, cashflow modelling and scenario analysis
  • Assist with annual budgeting and regular re‑forecasting processes
  • Provide financial analysis and modelling for growth initiatives, acquisitions and onboarding of new firms
  • Support tax, compliance and year‑end processes, working alongside internal and external advisors as needed
  • Work closely with finance and payroll team members to ensure high‑quality, reliable financial data
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes, systems and reporting

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring a mix of technical expertise, curiosity and a collaborative mindset. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience in a bookkeeping or assistant accountant role
  • Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting skills
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with good attention to detail
  • Confidence working across multiple entities or a growing group environment
  • Alignment with our values and a genuine interest in contributing to a positive team culture

Experience in a professional services or multi‑entity environment is an advantage, but not essential.

Why join +MORE?

At +MORE, you’ll be part of a values‑led group that genuinely cares about its people. We value Together, Impact, Agility, Improve and Enjoy, and we work hard to live these every day.

We offer:

  • A supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Opportunities to grow with the Group and take on meaningful work
  • Flexibility and trust to manage your work in a sustainable way
  • The chance to make a real difference as we continue to evolve and grow

If you enjoy using data to tell a story, partnering with leaders, and contributing to the success of a growing group, we’d love to hear from you.
