Glad2Glow is seeking a creative, confident, and performance-driven Content Creator to represent our brand through engaging video, voice, and storytelling content. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable on camera, understands digital trends, and knows how to create content that resonates with today’s beauty audience.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Camera Performance \& Character Adaptation: Appear in branded content, adapt to different roles, tones, and styles, and accurately deliver scripts and creative direction provided by content specialists and videographers.
- Voice Over \& Delivery: Provide high-quality, expressive voiceovers that align with brand tone, messaging, and campaign objectives.
- Script Development: Contribute to light scriptwriting and refine dialogue to improve storytelling, clarity, and audience engagement.
- Audience Growth \& Performance: Monitor and analyze content performance, and contribute ideas and strategies to increase reach, impressions, and engagement.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content specialists, videographers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth production and maximize the impact of on-screen performances.
- Trend \& Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform best practices, and beauty industry developments to ensure content remains timely, relevant, and competitive.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Social Media Specialist, or in a similar digital content role.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and/or influencer marketing is an advantage.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and design tools such as Canva.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: RM70.00 - RM75.00 per hour
