Makeup Artist (Based in Maldives)

Job Summary

The role is responsible for supporting operational excellence, developing resort teams, driving guest engagement, and delivering professional makeup services for photography experiences. This role provides multilingual guest assistance while ensuring consistent service standards and maximizing revenue opportunities.

The Trainer supports studio operations, conducts staff training, generates bookings throughout the resort, provides language assistance for Chinese guests, and delivers professional makeup services to enhance guest photography experiences. This role does not perform photography services.

Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury hospitality, training, guest services, or operations.

· Fluent in English, and Chinese (Mandarin).

· Professional certification or proven experience in makeup artistry.

· Experience providing bridal, event, fashion, or photography makeup services preferred.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strong guest engagement and luxury service mindset.

· Strong sales and upselling capability.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

· Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

· Knowledge of luxury resort operations is highly desirable.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
