Bay of Many Coves is seeking an experienced Maintenance Worker or Tradesperson with 3–5+ years’ experience in a hands-on trade or maintenance role. This position could also suit a semi-retired tradesperson.

We are looking for a capable handy-person who can work independently, manage and prioritise maintenance tasks, order supplies and parts as needed, and work confidently with power tools, painting and general repairs.

A qualification in building, electrical or plumbing work would be a definite advantage.

Across the resort, you will fulfill a wide range of maintenance needs across our various buildings, facilities, infrastructure and equipment.

Reporting to our Facilities Manager, you will carry out ongoing preventative maintenance and respond quickly when repairs or urgent attention are required.

Accessible only by boat (or helicopter :), our resort offers a rare chance to combine your trade or maintenance skills with an extraordinary remote outdoor lifestyle.

You will take pride in delivering quality workmanship and will help ensure our accommodation and facilities are well presented to a consistently high standard.

Your role will be varied and hands-on. During the busy summer season, you may also assist other areas of the resort, including with things like portering.

This role would be ideal for a maintenance and hospitality couple. With free on-site staff accommodation provided, your partner may have experience in areas such as:

· Housekeeping

· Food \& Beverage Service

· Chef

· Reception \& Reservations

You will be joining a close-knit team where flexibility and a willingness to pitch in are essential.
