Job Requirements

The successful candidate is:

• A qualified plumber
• Has 10+ years hands‑on experience across domestic and small commercial work
• Organised — able to plan small jobs, order materials, lead a small team and close out tasks neatly
• Someone who has naturally evolved into a multi‑skilled craftsperson capable of carrying out:
• Light electrical work (safely & within regs)
• Carpentry repairs & minor builds
• Tiling
• General handyman/maintenance tasks
• someone who has worked in maintenance, reactive callouts, or small-project refurbishment roles

The role involves :

· coordination and execution of maintenance, repair, and installation works across residential and commercial sites.

· electrical, mechanical, maintenance

o Light electrical work (safely & within regs)

o Carpentry repairs & minor builds

o Tiling

o General maintenance tasks

· Supervising and providing technical guidance to maintenance teams and subcontractors.

· Supporting project planning and technical evaluations. assisting in preparation of estimates

· Liaising with suppliers and clients regarding specifications, quality standards,
