Position
Main purpose of the job:
- Responsible for POS replenishment process to ensure optimal counter stocks following WH operation schedules, sales seasonality, and promo mechanics.
- Responsible for channel stock allocations to maximize business opportunities and support priorities.
- Responsible for planning KPIs related to counter service, inventory, and efficiency.
- Responsible for overall Master Data management and planning related item info maintenance.
- Collaborate with Supply Planner on regular local, and regional S\&OP processes.
- Key communicator with sales / retail team to ensure smooth operation and business connections.
Job responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES1. Manage Counter Replenishment

- Replenish counter stocks based on lifecycle and sellout to achieve high presence ratio
- New items: allocate launch quantities, provide qualitative feedback on launch success
- Basic items: pilot logistic parameters update, monitor process efficiency, manage short supply
- End of life: determine total sell out quantity till EOL, manage catalogue
- Provide visibility on performance and supply tension
- Weekly: presence rate
- Monthly: Service trend and root cause analysis on order unfulfillment.
- Make recommendations and lead actions to deliver main KPIs (Presence ratio, counter stock coverage)
- Participate monthly discussion with sales / retail team to anticipate sales seasonality, and promotional events.
Control and monitor additional orders placed by retail team to improve both retail \& WH efficiencies.

2. Manage Channel Stock Allocation

- Manage and propose regular stock allocations to maximize the sales opportunities across both online \& offline business
Follow up stocks availability (channel presence rate) for online channels, and major sales events to ensure sufficient supply.

3. Participate the Stock \& forecast meetings with Brands

- Prepare the required materials and participate \& animate the meetings.
Consolidate \& follow-up the action plans during the meeting

4. Master Data Management in ERP / POS

- Maintain accurate master data
Handle logistics parameter update

5. Project management

- Be part of the project team to support the POS replenishment system switch
- Engage in the project of new reservation function for channel stock allocation.
Support sourcing flow switch for of our LVMH P\&C fast-growing Brand.
