Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Understand prospective tenants' needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget constraints.
• Property Viewings: Conduct engaging property tours highlighting key property features and neighborhood benefits.
• Lease Negotiation: Facilitate smooth agreements between landlords and tenants.
• Documentation \& Compliance: Guide clients through rental paperwork and ensure legal compliance.
• Relationship Building: Maintain robust networks with landlords, developers, and colleagues.

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales or leasing
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal capabilities
• Availability: Local hiring only (Must reside in Qatar)
• Preferred: Familiarity with CRM software and multilingual abilities
