Arditi Collection® is a luxury furniture brand creating high-end, fully custom-made pieces for elite residential and hospitality projects across North America. We work with high-net-worth clients, interior designers, architects, and design firms, delivering bespoke furniture with premium materials, refined detailing, and exceptional craftsmanship.
We are looking for a sales-focused Account Manager / Sales Manager who can confidently communicate with premium clients, understand custom furniture requirements, manage quote-based sales processes, and build long-term relationships with interior design professionals across North America.
This is not an interior design position.
This is a sales and account management role for someone who understands premium interiors, luxury furniture, materials, customization, and client expectations — but whose main motivation is to sell, follow up, close deals, and manage client relationships.
The right candidate should be comfortable spending a significant part of the day on phone calls, emails, follow-ups, quote revisions, and outreach to design firms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Convert inbound inquiries from website forms, live chat, and social media into qualified sales conversations
- Communicate with clients by phone and email to understand their needs, space, style, dimensions, materials, budget expectations, and project timeline
- Prepare, send, revise, and follow up on personalized price quotes
- Manage multiple active leads with disciplined follow-up and clear organization
- Build trust with high-net-worth clients, interior designers, architects, and trade professionals
- Proactively research and contact interior design firms, architecture offices, procurement teams, and luxury project professionals across North America
- Present Arditi Collection’s custom furniture, craftsmanship, materials, and value clearly and professionally
- Handle objections, pricing discussions, customization questions, and decision delays with confidence
- Work closely with the internal design/production team to communicate client requirements accurately
- Maintain structured lead notes, quote history, follow-up status, and client communication records
Who This Role Is Best For
This role is best suited for someone who is primarily motivated by sales, relationship building, client communication, and closing high-value deals.
You may be a strong fit if you have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Luxury furniture sales
- Custom-made furniture or bespoke product sales
- High-ticket product sales
- Premium interiors, home décor, or design-related sales
- Working with interior designers, architects, or trade clients
- Consultative sales for luxury or customized products
- Business development and client acquisition
A background in interior architecture, interior design, furniture design, or premium interiors is a strong advantage, but this role does not involve providing full interior design services, creating design projects, or working as a dedicated interior designer.
Non-Negotiables
- Fluent spoken English for daily phone calls with North American clients
- Strong sales mindset and proven ability to move leads toward a decision
- Experience in consultative selling, discovery calls, follow-up, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
- Ability to understand and explain custom products, dimensions, materials, finishes, and client requirements
- Comfortable making phone calls, following up consistently, and proactively contacting potential business partners
- Strong written communication skills for professional email correspondence
- High attention to detail when preparing and revising quotes
- Strong organization across multiple active clients and open opportunities
- Comfortable working full-time during North American business hours, especially EST and/or PST
- Reliable personal computer, headset/phone, stable internet connection, and quiet workspace for professional calls
Strong Advantages
- Experience in luxury furniture, custom furniture, or premium interiors
- Knowledge of materials such as solid wood, wood veneer, leather, stone, marble, metal finishes, lacquer, resin, and upholstery
- Experience communicating with interior designers, architects, procurement teams, or trade accounts
- Experience with quote-based, made-to-order, revision-heavy sales processes
- Ability to understand room layouts, furniture dimensions, product proportions, and basic interior design terminology
- Experience selling to clients in the United States or Canada
- CRM, lead tracking, or structured sales pipeline experience
Important Clarification
This is a sales-first role.
We are not looking for someone who wants a traditional interior design position focused on creating design concepts, moodboards, renderings, or full interior projects.
We are also not looking for a general customer support representative or a passive order taker.
We are looking for someone who can combine:
- luxury product understanding
- interior/furniture literacy
- strong English communication
- disciplined follow-up
- phone-based sales confidence
- and the ability to close high-value custom furniture opportunities
If you enjoy premium design but are also strongly motivated by sales, client relationships, business development, and revenue growth, this role may be a strong fit.
