NS Modular is growing, and we're on the lookout for a passionate, detail-driven Logistics Coordinator, whose primary responsibility is providing administrative support to the company by coordinating and managing the day-to-day transportation requirements for shipments sent from the company and for shipments being received by the company. The Logistics Coordinator displays a positive and professional attitude in all communications with internal personnel, logistics providers, customers, vendors, and customs personnel. What You’ll Be Doing * Logistics Planning \& Coordination * + Coordinate transportation of equipment, materials, and supplies to shop and yard + Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments + Ensure timely delivery of critical materials to support field operations + Coordinate logistics activities for project teams, including but not limited to Full Truck Load (FTL), Less Than Truck Load (LTL), hot shot, courier, and oversize/overweight loads * + Develop transportation plans to optimize cost and efficiency * Inventory \& Warehouse Coordination * + Work closely with warehouse personnel to manage inventory levels + Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment + Ensure proper receiving, storage, and distribution of materials * + Reconcile inventory discrepancies and shipment records * Transportation Management * + Arrange land, air, and sea transportation as required + Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers + Track shipments and resolve transportation delays * + Monitor transportation costs and delivery performance * Import/Export \& Compliance * + Prepare and review shipping documentation + Coordinate customs clearance activities + Ensure compliance with import/export regulations * + Maintain records related to international shipments * Vendor \& Contractor Coordination * + Liaise with suppliers, transportation providers, and service contractors + Monitor logistics service performance + Resolve delivery issues and transportation challenges * + Support procurement and supply chain teams with logistics requirements * Reporting \& Documentation * + Maintain accurate logistics records and shipment tracking reports * + Track carrier insurance and monitor value of shipments based on limits + Ensure all required permits are in place prior to shipping + Ensure all transportation and shipping documentation is properly filed * + Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports + Monitor logistics KPIs and identify improvement opportunities * Health, Safey, \& Compliance * + Ensure logistics activities comply with company HSE standards + Follow dangerous goods transportation requirements when applicable + Support audits and compliance reviews * + Promote safe handling and transportation of materials and equipment

What You Bring to the Table * Knowledge of supply chain operations * Strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures * Previous experience working with ERP systems (i.e., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) * Proven ability to coordinate freight and transportation efficiently * Skilled in data analysis and reporting * Must have high level of accuracy in documentation and record-keeping * Must have excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills * Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Strong time-management skills * Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing * Ability to handle competing priorities simultaneously; work well under pressure with time-sensitive deadlines * Strong problem identification and resolution skills * Possess a positive and professional attitude, set a high standard, and convey professionalism at all times * Any valid safety-related training certificates would be considered an asset (i.e., WHMIS, forklift, fall protection, etc.) * Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities
