Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising logistics processes.
• Demand analysis and preparation of purchase orders.
• Organizing transport and deliveries; cooperating with carriers and suppliers.
• Monitoring order fulfillment timelines and controlling the flow of goods.
• Analyzing inventory turnover and optimizing stock levels.
• Optimizing logistics costs and processes.
• Collaborating with the procurement, sales, and warehouse departments.
• Analyzing logistics data and preparing reports/statements.
• Solving day-to-day operational issues related to purchasing and warehousing.
• Managing and optimizing the performance of the logistics team (approx. 3-4 people).
• Managing initiatives to improve workflow efficiency.
• Implementing AI tools to enhance departmental productivity.
• Co-authoring ERP system requirements for logistics users.
• Collaborating with local engineering, finance, and sales departments, as well as international logistics and procurement teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in logistics.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (min. B2 level).
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and independence.
• Interest in developing within logistics/procurement and tools (ERP, AI, Business Intelligence).
• University degree (related fields: Logistics, Management, Economics).
• Analytical thinking and the ability to work under time pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially advanced Excel).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements in previous roles.
