At Carter \& George, we're on a mission to give everyone the opportunity to experience healthcare like an elite athlete.
Today, we operate 17 physiotherapy and sports medicine clinics across the UK. Over the next few years, we'll be expanding significantly, creating one of the country's leading private healthcare groups. Alongside our clinics, we've also launched Reformer by Carter \& George, bringing clinical-quality Pilates into our communities.
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.
Not someone looking for a comfortable marketing job.
Someone who wants to build something.
This isn't a typical marketing role.
Yes, you'll create content.
Yes, you'll write emails.
Yes, you'll organise events.
But your real job is much bigger than that.
Your mission is simple:
Help more people discover Carter \& George, return to Carter \& George and recommend Carter \& George.
Everything you do should contribute towards growing physiotherapy new patient numbers and increasing the number of former patients who come back to us when they need support again.
You'll have the freedom to develop ideas, test campaigns, build relationships and make things happen. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and wider senior team, but you'll have the autonomy to own your projects and bring new ideas to life.
What you'll be responsible for:
You'll become the driving force behind local marketing across our clinics, including:
Who we're looking for:
Experience matters but attitude matters more.
We're looking for someone who's naturally proactive, organised and full of ideas.
Someone who sees opportunities before they're asked, someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and representing a brand out in the community.
The role suits someone who's excited by the challenge of helping a growing business become the market leader.
You'll probably have between graduate level and three years' marketing experience, although we're much more interested in your mindset than your CV.
Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, fitness, healthcare or another commercially driven environment would all be valuable.

This probably isn't the role for you if...
