RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently handle cash transactions while maintaining meticulous records, including cashier end-of-day procedures, cash counts, credit card settlements, cash verification form, cup counts and e-Wallet closures.
- Deliver excellent customer service, uphold service SOPs, and maintain positive customer relations.
- Skillfully prepare and handle various items such as fruits, crunches, sauces, and blending ice drink following established SOPs.
- Operate and maintain machines and equipment, ensuring QSH standards (Quality, Speed, Hospitality).
- Execute opening and closing procedures accurately while maintaining outlet cleanliness and organized.
- Receive and organize incoming stock accurately.
- Demonstrate awareness of audit procedures and compliance requirements.
- Adhere strictly to company SOPs to maintain operational efficiency.
- Participate actively in relevant training sessions, including Halal Awareness, Food Handling and Customer Service.
- Represent the brand positively, uphold its values and perform additional duties as assigned to support the outlet’s overall success.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
