What You’ll Do for Us:

You will support the Legal Counsel Europe responsible for Italy, Albania, Malta, Hungary and Switzerland, in particular:

• support and review of contracts, T\&Cs, marketing materials and products labels;
• support and review of all administrative and corporate documents (e.g. BoD meeting calls and minutes, Shareholders meeting calls and minutes, legal books transcriptions, proxy, etc.);
• support the Surveillance Committee ex Legislative Decree 231;
• support and review of privacy, compliance and administrative documents;
• support the European legal team on cross-countries projects;
• legislation and case law research;
• day-to-day assistance on legal matters.

Skills \& qualifications:

• law degree with high score is required;
• admission to the bar in Italy as well as master in business law or LL.M. degree is a plus;
• fluency in English and Italian;
• knowledge of Italian and EU law.
