Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant with proven, hands-on ABA experience to support students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive educational setting.

Role Overview

The LSA will support students in achieving their academic, behavioral, and social goals while working closely with BCBAs, teachers, and therapists to ensure consistent ABA-based interventions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting students in classroom learning and activities
• Implementing ABA strategies under BCBA supervision
• Assisting with behavior management and skill acquisition programs
• Supporting communication and social development
• Providing personal care and hygiene support when required
• Assisting during outings, school activities, and events to promote inclusion
• Collecting basic data and supporting progress tracking
• Preparing materials and assisting in lesson implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Education, or Social Work (UAE attested)
• ABA certification (RBT / ABAT / IBT or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of actual, hands-on ABA experience (mandatory)
• Strong understanding and practical application of ABA principles
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid Police Clearance Certificate
• Own visa and medical insurance preferred
• Available to start immediately
