As Lead Veterinarian, you'll have the opportunity to:* Serve as a clinical leader and resource for the veterinary team. * Help foster an environment where doctors collaborate, discuss cases, and learn from one another. * Support and mentor veterinarians as they continue developing clinically. * Help maintain a strong standard of high-quality, compassionate medicine throughout the hospital. * Partner with the Practice Manager and hospital leadership to support the team, culture, and continued growth of the practice. * Lead by example while maintaining your own clinical autonomy and individual approach to medicine. * Help create an environment where doctors and support staff feel heard, supported, and excited about the medicine they're practicing.
