Lead Support Specialist - Pest

What You'll Do

• Deliver expert pest detection, elimination, and prevention solutions to commercial customers — restaurants, hotels, hospitals, retail, and food \& beverage plants.
• Prepare pest trend, risk, and species-identification reports, backed by on-site surveys.
• Train, onboard, and coach Service Specialists to meet Ecolab's protocols and standards.
• Conduct quality audits and lead root-cause analysis to continuously raise service standards.
• Partner with customers in meetings — advising, surveying, and driving solutions.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Entomology (or related science).
• Strong knowledge of insect identification and classification.
• 1–2 years' experience as a pest/entomology specialist preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Power BI a plus).
• Leadership mindset, ability to work under pressure, and a valid driver's license.
• English communication skills are a plus.
