Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related field

7 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of road construction methods and materials

Familiar with asphalt works, grading, and drainage systems

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Strong problem-solving skills

Good communication and reporting

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Position Summary: Managing day-to-day site operations for road construction works, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with project specifications. Acts as a key link between site teams, engineers, and project management

Key responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction activities.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and method statements.

Supervise subcontractors and site workforce.

Track daily and weekly work progress.

Assist in preparing progress reports and schedules.

Maintain site records (daily reports, inspections, materials).

Support preparation of as-built drawings.

Assist in quantity take-offs and measurements.

Identify site issues and propose practical solutions.

Handle unexpected field challenges efficiently.

Minimize delays due to technical or execution issues.

Check setting out roads, structures, and utilities.

Coordinate with surveyors for accuracy and compliance
