Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead and manage the content team, including writers, editors, and designers
• Plan, create, and oversee high-quality content across digital platforms
• Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement
• Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams
• Ensure brand consistency and tone across all content channels
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or similar roles
• Proven experience in leading content teams and managing projects
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and content management systems
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
