Lead Carpenter

Estep Builders is hiring a Lead Carpenter to oversee and perform all phases of residential construction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can preform carpentry work from the ground up while managing a small crew.

Duties

• Layout and frame floors, walls, and roofs
• Install sheathing, windows, and exterior doors
• Complete exterior work including siding, trim, fascia, and soffit
• Perform interior finish work (doors, trim, cabinets, punch-out
• Coordinate daily tasks and workflow for crew members
• Maintain job site organization, safety, and productivity
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and plans

Requirements

• Proven experience in all carpentry phases of residential carpentry (rough \& finish)
• Ability to read and execute construction plans
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience operating equipment (preferred)
• Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented
• Personal tools are required

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour

• Carpentry: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:
