In this role you ensure as a Lead Architect the most efficient and technically accurate manner possible in accordance with the stipulated project budget and schedule. You are responsible that the overall Project Work Plan is kept current by all involved disciplines, trades and partners. As an Lead Architect you will take over the tasks and responsibilities on site and the office.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Coordination and leadership across all project phases in collaboration with internal and external partners and service providers, with a particular focus on site execution and construction‑phase coordination.
• Change management: Review and process change requests, including the evaluation of cost and schedule impacts, and coordination with all involved parties.
• Approval process management: Support, coordinate, and monitor all required permitting and approval processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Responsibility for on‑site project execution: Independently lead and coordinate architectural and infrastructure‑related work packages for high‑tech facilities, especially data centers.
• Regular on‑site presence: Ensure consistent visibility on site to maintain effective communication, quality assurance, and seamless project execution. Show your expertise

• Completed degree in Architecture (Building Construction) or a comparable discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing technically complex industrial projects in German‑speaking regions.
• Very good knowledge of the HOAI / RIBA and the relevant legal regulations and standards.
• Ability to build strong internal and external networks.

Experience across all project phases, with strong emphasis on execution planning and tendering.
* Experience or familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Navisworks. * Knowledge of scheduling cost estimates and calculations * International experience * Professional working proficiency in English and German. What we offer you*
