Your mission: Sovereignty without compromise: The challenge is to meet the specific requirements of the local partner for the control and sovereignty of the platform in this new region, while at the same time minimizing the disruptions to our proven central public cloud operating processes. You have overall responsibility for the sovereign design of the STACKIT cloud platform in this new market. You are the content driver of this initiative and design the critical processes as well as the necessary tooling.

Your Tasks

• Development of target vision: Design of the interaction between remote, sovereign national clouds and the STACKIT public cloud platform. This includes the answer to the question of how sovereign national clouds interact with the European STACKIT public cloud.
• Conception \& implementation: Development and detailed elaboration of customer requirements as well as their transfer into a reliable implementation plan in close coordination with the various product teams. The responsibility for the successful implementation also lies in your area.
• Operational sovereignty: Ensuring the processes for administrative access required for troubleshooting, validation and installations / updates. This also includes the development of update procedures that enable validation and approval by the local partner.
• Organizational implementation: Development of operational and development concepts as well as the organizational implementation of the processes. This also includes supporting product teams in implementing shared operational responsibility.
• Contract drafting: Active participation in the technical and product-related drafting as well as the negotiations of the contract.
• Feature \& portfolio development: Responsibility for the close cooperation with the partner in the further development and implementation of the sovereign cloud portfolio and the required sovereignty features.

Your Profile

• Cloud \& infrastructure expertise: You bring in-depth knowledge of cloud architectures, IT infrastructures and modern operating processes (e.g. GitOps) to perfectly combine sovereignty requirements with the operating modes of the public cloud.
• Analytical thinking: You capture complex technical, procedural and legal matters at lightning speed, structure them logically and independently derive the next concrete action steps and improvements.
• Cooperative leadership: You lead and inspire people with a cooperative and convincing style - regardless of whether they are subordinate to you in terms of discipline or you work with them on a purely technical basis.
• Project management: You manage projects confidently and successfully lead them to their goal within the framework conditions specified by you.
• Language skills: You round off your profile with very good knowledge of German and English.
