What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - After Sales (HVAC) who will join our team at Customer Care Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Planning and monitoring regional activites regard to customer satisfaction,
• Construction site visits, implementation checks of projects, communication with customers and investors, implementation checks of projects,
• Visiting authorized dealers and authorized services and solving their problems,
• Controlling authorised service centers within the boundaries of the region to oversee their complience with company procedures and service standarts,
• Controlling pay – benefits of the authorized services,
• Reporting all activites to the administrator in the region.

The position located in Ankara, Türkiye.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Highly skilled in management,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of commercial air conditioning(HVAC systems),
• Having the desire to time management and thinking broadly about business,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, Autocad and HVAC softwares,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
• Being open to communicationis always our priority.
