Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications, lifts, and other lash enhancement services with precision and care
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable treatments
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software such as Vagaro.
• Upsell complementary products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions
• Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on aftercare routines for lasting results
• Assist with retail sales of beauty products related to lash and skincare treatments
• Keep updated on industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations in lash artistry and esthetic treatments

Skills

• Proven experience in eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts, or related cosmetology services
• Strong management skills for scheduling, client relations, and retail sales
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Vagaro
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and aftercare instructions
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols for beauty treatments
• Ability to perform additional services such as body waxing, nail care, makeup application, or hair styling is a plus
• Experience with social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online
• Background in dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is advantageous
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $23.13 - $27.86 per hour
