About the Role

Join our team as a Languages Teacher focused on preparing students for IELTS, SELT, ESOL and PTE English proficiency exams. Responsibilities include teaching test-taking strategies, improving language skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking), and conducting mock tests. • Teach English language skills, focusing on exam preparation for IELTS, PTE, and SELT and general English Language courses. • Develop structured lesson plans that cover listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills aligned with standardized test requirements. • Utilize engaging teaching methods to enhance student understanding and performance on language proficiency tests. • Conduct mock exams, provide detailed feedback, and track student progress toward achieving target scores. • Implement effective pedagogical strategies to cater to diverse learning styles. • Stay updated with changes in IELTS, PTE, and SELT exam formats and incorporate best practices into lessons. • Guide students on exam techniques, time management, and test-taking strategies. • Participate in faculty development programs, curriculum design, and institutional projects. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field. Native or near-native English proficiency. Verifiable experience and success in teaching IELTS/PTE/SELT preparation courses. Excellent pedagogical skills. • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native English proficiency with strong command over grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. • Teaching Experience: Verifiable experience and proven success in teaching IELTS, PTE, and SELT preparation courses. • Pedagogical Skills: Ability to explain complex language concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to suit various proficiency levels.
