Landscaper/Labourer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper/Labourer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of outdoor landscaping and construction tasks to maintain and improve residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment necessary for landscape maintenance and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation, maintenance, and renovation projects
• Operate equipment such as excavators, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, and weeding
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes
• Conduct general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a tidy work environment
• Support construction activities related to landscape features such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal operation
• Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor work activities

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices and horticultural principles is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining power tools and small machinery is advantageous
• Experience with excavation equipment such as excavators is desirable but not mandatory
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
