Job Description:

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team. We believe in providing top-notch service and need crew members who are reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. This isn't a job for someone who just shows up—we need people who can think on their feet, solve problems, and take ownership of their work.

What You'll Do:

* Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.

* Install and maintain plants, mulch, and other landscape features.

* Construct and repair hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fire pits.

* Operate and maintain a wide range of landscaping and construction equipment, from hand tools to commercial mowers and compactors.

* Safely load and unload materials and equipment.

* Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

* Be available for seasonal snow removal and salting as needed during the winter months.

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in both commercial or residential landscaping and hardscaping.

* Strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time and ready to work.

* An ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Good problem-solving skills—we need people who can anticipate issues and find solutions.

* Knowledge of proper landscaping, hardscaping, and safety procedures.

* A valid driver's license with a clean record is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
