Landscaper (FULL TIME)

Location: Dublin \& Surrounding Counties
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm (seasonal variability applies)

About the Role

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Landscape Operatives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and want to be involved in the creation and maintenance of high-quality landscape projects across a variety of settings.

You will work alongside our development and maintenance teams on a wide range of projects including hotels, housing estates, commercial properties, rooftops, sports facilities, private gardens, green infrastructure projects, and corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of landscape projects
• Carry out planting, soft landscaping, and general grounds maintenance
• Operate safely and efficiently on a variety of sites
• Work collaboratively with team members and independently when required
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Follow health and safety procedures on all sites

Requirements

• Passion for working outdoors
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Interest in landscaping and outdoor construction work
• Safe Pass certification
• Full driving licence
• Willingness to learn, train, and develop new skills

Desirable Skills \& Experience

• CSCS cards
• Previous construction site experience
• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance

Pay: €16.50-€20.50 per hour
