Experienced Masonry \& Landscape Installer

May Landscaping LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Masonry \& Landscape Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality hardscape and landscape installations throughout Connecticut and are looking for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Install concrete paver patios, walkways, landscapes and outdoor living spaces
• Build retaining walls, seating walls.
• Perform site preparation, excavation, grading, and base installation.
• Operate compact equipment, skid steers, mini excavators, and cut-off saws
• Install landscape materials including mulch, plants, decorative stone, and edging
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in masonry, hardscape, or landscape construction
• Experience building retaining walls and installing paver systems required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Experience operating landscape and construction equipment preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and follow direction
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Techo-Bloc, ect.
• Ability to read grades and use laser levels
• CDL is a plus, but not required
• Experience leading a crew is a plus

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional Saturdays during peak season
