The Role \& Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a dedicated and personable full-time Senior Landing Page \& CRO Specialist, skilled in landing page creation with GemPages, Figma \& AI ready to build high-impact, conversion-driven pages.

While GemPages can be quickly mastered by anyone with prior experience using drag-and-drop builders, we’re seeking someone who is proficient in Figma and demonstrates a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, including the effective use of components, auto layout, and design consistency across responsive breakpoints.

As a Landing Page \& CRO Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating high-performing landing pages from start to finish — including defining the structure, writing or refining copy, sourcing or generating image and video assets when needed, publishing the pages, and continuously monitoring their performance over time.

You are conversion-focused and bring hands-on CRO experience to the role. In addition to creating and optimizing landing pages, you’ll also conduct CRO audits to identify growth opportunities and plan, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to continuously improve performance.

You’ll also provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, helping them understand how to analyze, structure, and optimize landing pages for better performance.

Also, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of pay-per-click (mostly Google Ads) and of e-commerce (Shopify).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Landing Page Designer or CRO Specialist, preferably in e-commerce.
• Proven experience building high-converting landing pages for e-commerce stores, from concept through to final implementation.
• Experience using Claude or similar AI coding tools to build, launch, and iterate landing pages quickly.
• Comfortable with AI-assisted development workflows and able to turn ideas, briefs, and CRO insights into functional landing pages.
• Strong copywriting and direct-response sense, with a clear understanding of what drives e-commerce conversions.
• Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles.
• Proven experience conducting CRO audits, identifying conversion opportunities, and implementing A/B tests.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset — able to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable landing page, UX, and messaging improvements.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with drag-and-drop page builders such as GemPages, Figma or Replo
• CRO CXL certification or other formal training in conversion optimization.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other tracking or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with heatmap and behavior analysis tools
