KDN helps member firms enable growth, improve economies of scale, and find new ways to collaborate and deliver value globally.
As part of KDN Advisory, you will work alongside highly skilled practitioners across the KPMG network, supporting programs and initiatives that are changing how businesses operate. This role is part of a global environment connected with KPMG member firms in nearly 150 countries, using technology, innovation and collaboration to help clients solve complex business challenges.

- You are an influential communicator who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders, clients and cross-functional teams. You can present complex AI concepts in a clear and business-focused way, build trust, and align diverse groups around shared goals.
- You are an inclusive and empowering leader who enjoys building high-performing teams. You create an environment where people can experiment, learn, collaborate and grow, while maintaining a strong focus on delivery excellence, governance and responsible innovation.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop and own the long-term strategy, value proposition and differentiation for KDN’s AI solutions and offerings.
- Shape the AI portfolio roadmap by analysing market trends, customer insights and the competitive landscape.
- Provide strategic and technical direction across AI solution development and delivery operations.
- Act as the single point of accountability for key stakeholders, member firms and customers in relation to AI offerings.
- Partner with sales, alliances, customer success and delivery teams to drive adoption and long-term value realisation.
- Engage directly with customers through solution demonstrations, roadmap presentations and escalations.
- Identify the long-term impact of AI across industries and integrate these insights into organisational and client strategies.
- Own the scale-up, utilisation, centre strategy and commercial performance of the AI solution portfolio.
- Manage operational and financial KPIs for the AI solution and service portfolio.
- Build, mentor and scale AI, machine learning and data science teams, creating a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle, from strategy and architecture through to production deployment.
- Establish and embed responsible AI practices, including ethics, transparency, fairness, bias mitigation, privacy, regulatory compliance and model governance.
- Anticipate and manage ethical, legal, regulatory and delivery risks associated with AI deployment.
Experience

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or similar technologies.
- Proven experience deploying AI solutions at scale across industries.
- Experience defining and owning AI roadmaps aligned to business priorities and client outcomes.
- Proven ability to identify high-impact AI use cases across business functions and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption.
- Experience driving AI-first thinking across an organisation or client environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting AI strategy and outcomes to executive and client leadership.
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, data privacy, regulatory compliance and model transparency.
- Experience building and mentoring technical teams, supporting capability uplift and fostering innovation.
- Commercial leadership experience, including accountability for growth, utilisation, delivery outcomes, operational KPIs or financial performance.
Qualifications
