Join the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a Retail Sales Associate, where cookware meets colour, and customers come for inspiration! You’ll be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favourite, sharing product tips, and keeping the store looking fabulous. From ringing up sales to restocking shelves, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food and design to every shift. Ingredients: Key Responsibilities Drive Le Creuset Korea's offline commercial performance by leading the sales organization across department store, outlet, wholesale, and HSTV channels, while partnering closely with peer functions — E-commerce, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and HR — to achieve sustainable business growth.

Key Activities \& Responsibilities

1. Establishment of Strategic Vision and Plan

Establish and execute effective business strategies by analyzing the company's product and sales trends, competitors' sales strategies, and key customers' market dynamics.

2. Sales Performance and store Management

  • Adjust and improve sales strategies by analyzing historical and current sales performance.
  • Develop and manage annual sales budgets and channel-level P\&L, optimizing trade spend and cost structure to ensure sustainable profitability across all channels.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations across all retail points, ensuring compliance with brand VM/merchandising standards and stock management.
  • Monitor store-level KPIs (sales, conversion rate, ATV, staff productivity) and implement improvement plans in close collaboration with store managers and field staff.
  • Manage products effectively while motivating store staff and executing merchandising plans creatively.

3. Distribution Channel \& Buyer Negotiation Management

  • Manage and lead sales operations across all distribution channels — department store, outlet, wholesale, HORECA, and HSTV — by setting channel-specific KPIs and executing tailored strategies that reflect each channel's unique characteristics.
  • Lead annual and seasonal negotiations with department store and outlet buying teams on trading terms, commission rates, contract renewal, and shop-in-shop space allocation to secure optimal business conditions.
  • Build and manage relationships with key working-level contacts in each channel (MD, account manager, store manager), conducting regular business reviews and resolving operational issues to maximize sell-in and sell-out performance.

4. Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Directly manage, coach, and develop the sales team member by setting clear individual/team KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans through strong collaboration with cross-functional departments, and lead the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate and report sales performance, market insights, and strategic plans to regional/global headquarters on a regular basis, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and business direction.

5. Business Development and Market Expansion

  • Build strong relationships with key customers to identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
  • Optimize the store network portfolio by strategically planning and executing new store openings, relocations, and closures to maximize channel profitability and brand presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute new product launches and seasonal promotional activities across all offline channels, driving traffic and maximizing sales conversion.

6. Market Analysis and Customer Insights

  • Create growth opportunities by proactively responding to customer needs and market trends, while maintaining a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

The Perfect Blend:

What We’re Looking For* Native-level proficiency in Korean * More than 5 years sales executive experience (Leader level) * Extensive department store channel experience with proven track record, preferably in Living category * Strong sales organization building track record * Strong in strategy setting and detailed analysis * Experience in small medium sized multinational company with strong business growth * Business-level English proficiency required * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional leadership environment, partnering effectively with marketing, finance, logistics, HR, and e-commerce functions.
