Kitchen Operations Assistant

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Kitchen Support Assistant to help with daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, maintain high hygiene standards, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling.
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Organize and store food supplies properly.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with daily operational tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety procedures.
• Dispose of waste according to hygiene standards.
• Ensure the kitchen remains clean and well-organized throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and workplace safety.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
