KITCHEN DESIGNER

If you are an experienced designer within the Kitchen industry with a proven track record, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic team based in our iconic premises in Carmarthen.

We are looking to recruit a Kitchen Designer to further develop sales and support our existing showroom team.

You will be supporting the Kitchen Showroom Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets at optimum margins, together with ensuring high standards, whilst building and maintaining a loyal customer base.

You will be required to generate and co-ordinate sales through the office, via telephone, email and face-to-face contact.

We are seeking someone who:

· Has extensive knowledge of Kitchen products.

· A professional with drive, energy and focus, together with strong attention to detail.

· Is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering an outstanding level of customer service.

· Is well organised and structured in delivery of customer requirements.

· Possesses excellent customer service skills, naturally generating relationships with new and existing trade and retail customers and is able to deal with customer queries and problems promptly as required.

· Possesses at least 2 years’ experience within the Kitchen industry.

· You need to have a good knowledge of CAD design and be able to demonstrate a track record of success. If you are familiar with the Winnerflex design package that will be an added advantage.

· Past experience of working with a team of people in a kitchen sales environment is essential \& most importantly a 'can do' approach and a positive mental attitude are essential.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8.00am to 5.00pm plus alternate Saturday mornings 8.00am to 12.00pm.
