The Site

Sugarworld Waterpark is spread across 7 acres of lush historical parkland shared with beautiful peacock birds, Sugarworld Water Park boasts all the modern facilities. Our water park has a number rides and attractions including water slides, pools and an interactive aquatic play and a 9 hole mini golf course. The venue opens it doors come 1st Sept this year and closes the end of April next year. It is open all weekends, public holidays and school holidays throughout this seasonal period.

The Role

We have a joint role to work in our Reception \& Kiosk. You must have customer service experience and have worked in food service be able to handle a fast environment as well as have a great disposition and you enjoy working with children and adults alike.

You understand that our Customers are coming to the venue for a great day out and you are keen to be part of that enjoyment. You are reliable and understand the required hours are weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.

Skills \& Attributes:

• Be available to work Weekends \& School Holidays
• Coffee making/ barista skills (preferred)
• Kitchen Hand experience (preferred)
• Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
• Provide excellent guest experience and interact with customers at Reception
• Focused on the appearance and presentation of the café
• Move quickly and deliver quality food \& drinks
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Current First Aid Certificate desirable
• Blue Card - no card no start rule applies
• Working with Children Check / Blue Card (if over 18 years old)

Our park operates weekends, public holidays and school holidays. Applicants must be available to work these times to be considered for the role.
