Kindergarten Educator (w/m/d) Full & Partime

We pride ourselves on our small group model, with two teachers for every 10-12 children, ensuring personalized care and attention. Our educational concept blends full English immersion with enriching programs such as EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage), Jolly Phonics, Music Appreciation, and Outdoor Learning, along with elements of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and play- and inquiry-based learning.

Requirements

Applicants must

• Have formal training in early childhood education (e.g., social pedagogy, certified kindergarten educator, or qualified caregiver)
• Bring hands-on experience in kindergarten or nursery settings
• Speak fluent English at B2 level or higher – native speakers preferred
• Demonstrate patience, kindness, and a genuine passion for early education
• Believe in nurturing children’s natural curiosity and love of discovery
• Enjoy learning and actively support children’s individual learning journeys
• Show a strong commitment to building diverse, inclusive, and respectful environments
• Have basic German skills (a plus, but not required)
