We are looking for enthusiastic English teachers to join our kids English school for children ages 2 through elementary school

This position involves creating fun and exciting lessons where children can experience the joy of learning English through games, crafts, songs, and hands-on activities.

【Main Responsibilities】

Teaching English lessons for children (50-minute lessons)

Lesson preparation and teaching material preparation

Creating English flashcards

Planning fun lesson activities and games

Conducting trial lessons

Giving simple lesson feedback to parents

Supporting students’ learning progress and level checks

Simple classroom cleaning and organization

Supporting seasonal events and special lessons

Covering lessons for other teachers when needed

【Requirements / Skills】

Experience teaching English to children

Enjoy working and playing with children

【Preferred Skills / Experience】

English teaching experience

Ability to communicate in English

Passion for working with children

Positive and energetic personality

Enjoy creating fun lesson ideas and activities

Ability to work well as part of a team

Childcare or education-related experience

ESL / EFL Teaching Experience

Classroom management experience

【Holidays / Days Off】

Fixed weekly schedule

Closed on Mondays

Days off other than scheduled workdays (from 1 day per week OK)

Working days and hours are negotiable

6-minute walk from Kokuryo Station (Keio Line)

【Salary \& Benefits】

Lesson hourly wage: ¥2,000\~ (3-month probation period)

Trial lesson hourly wage: ¥1,500–¥1,800 (same during probation period)

Administrative work hourly wage: ¥1,163 (during probation period)

After probation period (3 months):

Lesson hourly wage: ¥2,500–¥3,500

Administrative work hourly wage: ¥1,250

Transportation expenses: fully reimbursed

Salary increase: available (once a year; based on performance, +¥10 or more per hour)

Bonus: available (paid once a year on June 10; ¥5,000–¥30,000 depending on performance and business results; not guaranteed)

Pay day: monthly closing at the end of the month, payment on the 10th of the following month

Payment method: bank transfer or cash

Salary increase and bonus apply after completion of the probation period.

1業務あたりは、1レッスンあたりを意味します。

基本給：1業務あたり 2500円 〜 3500円(50分)
