Job Title: Clinic Content \& Digital Marketing Executive

Klinik HealthQuarters is looking for a creative, energetic and organised Content \& Digital Marketing Executive to join our team full-time.

This is a clinic-based role suitable for someone who enjoys creating short videos, planning social media content, writing simple captions, coordinating with doctors and staff, and helping us grow our clinic’s digital presence.

You will not only be “posting content.” You will be part of building meaningful healthcare campaigns that educate patients and encourage them to visit the clinic.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan weekly and monthly content for Klinik HealthQuarters’ social media pages.
• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.
• Write simple scripts, captions and hooks for healthcare-related content.
• Record doctors, staff, clinic processes and educational videos.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar apps.
• Prepare simple posters, story designs and thumbnails.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for content shooting.
• Monitor comments, messages and enquiries from social media and escalate them to the correct team.
• Help track which campaigns generate enquiries and bookings.
• Support clinic marketing campaigns for services such as pregnancy scans, women’s health, child health, health screening, vaccination and wellness packages.
• Ensure all medical content is checked and approved before posting.

Requirements

• Confident in creating videos using a smartphone.
• Able to use CapCut, Canva or similar editing/design tools.
• Good command of Malay and basic English.
• Creative, proactive and able to suggest new content ideas.
• Comfortable working in a clinic environment.
• Able to communicate well with doctors, staff and patients.
• Organised, punctual and able to follow deadlines.
• Willing to learn about healthcare services.
• Previous experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolio or creative ability are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualities

• Not shy to speak or direct others during video shooting.
• Understands TikTok, Instagram and Facebook trends.
• Can write simple, clear and engaging captions.
• Has good attention to detail.
• Can accept feedback and improve quickly.
• Able to work independently after training.

Working Arrangement

This is a full-time, clinic-based position. The role is mainly focused on content creation and digital marketing, with some clinic-related marketing support tasks.

Salary

RM2,200 – RM3,200, depending on experience and portfolio.

Additional allowance or incentive may be offered based on attendance, content performance and campaign results.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
