Key Holder

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retail Key Holder to support the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting in managing the team, driving sales, and ensuring that the store meets its operational goals while providing a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organised store environment, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and displays are appealing.
• Handle administrative tasks, inventory management, and reporting.
• Foster effective communication within the team and with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and best practices in retail management.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within designated time frames.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management and development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing customer interactions.
• Proficient in merchandising techniques and sales management strategies.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure store standards are met consistently.
• Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Administrative experience is preferred, particularly in scheduling and inventory control.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.60 per hour
