Junior/Mid Graphic Designer

Job description:

We’re looking for a capable, hands-on Junior/Midweight Designer in-house to support our growing Marketing team. This is a hands-on remote role for a designer who is confident in the fundamentals, comfortable working at pace, and motivated by building and evolving a brand over time.

This is an exciting opportunity reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, working closely alongside a Copywriter and a Marketing Executive, and collaborating closely with the Sales Department to support shared business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and produce on-brand creative assets across digital and print channels
• Support campaign, event and always-on marketing activity
• Contribute to the development and application of Core’s visual identity across all outputs
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams on briefs
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Prepare artwork for production and maintain asset libraries
• Work in conjunction with external agencies

Skills \& experience

• Proven experience in a junior design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience working from brand guidelines
• Strong organisational and communication skills
