You will become a key member of a small but expanding team, trusted to manage your own tasks and make decisions day-to-day. Key Responsibilities
Reporting \& Data Analysis
- Produce recurring reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Take notes and feedback on reports, ensuring comments are effectively implemented and reflected in the data.
- Check and reconcile data for accuracy by cross-referencing against alternative sources of truth.
- Proactively think of and design new reports, systems, and dashboards to improve business intelligence.
- Contributing to external reporting for lenders, investors, and regulators.
- Work extensively across Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and other data systems including Yardi (primarily Voyager 7S), AccountsIQ and Notion, alongside other software as required.
Ad-Hoc Operational Support
- Provide ad-hoc assistance with bookkeeping/accounting and property management operations where required.
- Assist with general IT administration, including managing the Google Workspace, company domains, websites, and other tech-related tasks.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to understand basic financial and operational reports and cross-reference data meticulously.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the property and alternative investment industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data management and system integrations.
Desirable
- Familiarity with property management systems, CRMs, or accounting software (especially Yardi Voyager 7S or AccountsIQ).
- Familiarity with other MS Office tools such as Powerpoint, Word, Power BI, etc.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Python, HTML, R, SQL, etc.)
- Familiarity with accounting principles.
- Interest in solving problems using AI systems (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
- Experience with basic software integration or no-code tools or building APIs

Development Path
This is an entry-level role with a clear trajectory toward becoming a Senior Analyst or Reporting Manager. We will support the successful candidate in training and development as the role evolves from internal reporting to managing external communications with lenders, regulators, and investors.
Hiring Process

· Step 2: Video Interview (Remote) A video call to discuss your background and how your experience aligns with our current portfolio needs.
· Step 3: On-Site Meeting (Dublin Office) We will invite you to our offices to meet some of the wider team. This will involve a deeper dive into the role and a short practical scenario (e.g., how you might handle a specific issue) to see how you think on your feet.
· Step 4: Final Interview (Remote or Dublin Office) A final conversation with senior leadership from our parent company to ensure long-term alignment.
