IMPORTANT: Fluent Spanish AND English are essential for this position.

Moments Estates is looking for a commercially driven Junior Sales professional to join our team in the Port of Jávea.

Real estate experience is not essential – we can teach you the business.

But sales? That has to be in your blood.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally commercial, confident and proactive. You see opportunities, connect easily with people, love following up leads and get energy from winning clients and closing deals.

You may already have sales experience, or you may have just finished your studies. What matters most is your personality, commercial instinct and drive to succeed.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Follow up new leads by phone, WhatsApp and email Build relationships with international clients Search for and present suitable properties Schedule and attend property viewings Maintain contact with agents, owners and developers Identify new commercial opportunities Work daily with our CRM system, keeping all leads, client information and follow-ups accurate and up to date Support clients throughout the buying process

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Fluent Spanish AND English Natural sales talent and a strong commercial mindset Confident, proactive and results-driven Excellent communication and people skills Organised and disciplined with follow-up and CRM Professional and customer-focused Valid driving licence and confident driving in Spain Based in or around Jávea, or willing to relocate

Real estate can be learned. Sales has to be in your blood.
