ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Pilates Instructor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive, collaborative environment under the guidance of our senior instructors.
RESPONIBILITIES
1. Work closely with and under the guidance of senior Pilates instructors, learning studio routines, protocols, and class formats.
2. Deliver professional, attentive, and high-quality service to all clients.
3. Contribute your own ideas, techniques, and expertise to help enhance the client experience and support the wider team.
4. Stay energetic, motivated, and up to date with current trends and best practices in Pilates and fitness.
5. As our studio serves a female clientele, demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness in working with clients.
